Second Amendment

As a proud member of the NRA and gun owner, Jeff Dial understands the importance of defending our Constitutionally-granted right to bear arms. It is a right granted to free people. Citizens may choose to own firearms for a variety of reasons: hunting, recreation, collecting, and/or personal protection. We have a responsibility as a society to ensure that criminals who violate the law are fully prosecuted, rather than restricting the rights of law- abiding citizens. Restrictive laws hurt law-abiding citizens, not the criminals they target, because criminals ignore gun laws anyway.
